Ad Campaign Funnel: Awareness to Conversion

Overview

Managed a full-funnel Facebook Ads campaign, progressing from broad brand awareness to deep post engagements and finally driving high-quality landing page views. The structured approach delivered massive scale at the top, strong interaction in the middle, and efficient conversions at the bottom—all with low costs and above-average performance. Campaign concluded in December 2025 with proven results across all stages.

Main Goal

Build brand visibility among a wide audience, nurture interest through meaningful interactions, and drive qualified traffica to the website landing page to generate leads/sales. The funnel was designed to efficiently move users from discovery to consideration and action while maintaining cost control and high ad quality.

Process

  • Developed a three-stage funnel strategy: Awareness (broad reach), Engagement (interactive retargeting), and Landing Page Views (conversion-focused retargeting).
  • Created and tested multiple ad creatives and audiences, optimizing based on performance data.
  • Used retargeting audiences from upper-funnel stages to feed lower-funnel campaigns for better relevance and lower costs.
  • Monitored daily metrics, adjusted bids, and scaled winning ad sets while pausing underperformers.
  • Implemented pixel tracking for accurate landing page view measurement and quality ranking optimization.

Outcome

Delivered exceptional results across the funnel:

  • Awareness Stage: Reached over 8.6 million unique users with costs as low as Rs11–18 per 1,000 people reached and 17M+ impressions.
  • Engagement Stage: Generated over 200,000+ post engagements at an average cost of Rs0.09–0.24 per engagement, with top sets achieving 63K+ engagements.
  • Conversion Stage: Drove 2,688 landing page views at Rs10.94 per view (total spend Rs29,414.95), 259K reach, 732K impressions, and above-average quality ranking.

The sequential funnel approach proved highly effective, achieving massive scale, strong audience warming, and cost-efficient traffic—ready to replicate and scale for future campaigns.
